As the daughter of Dr. Archie Chung and Dr. Linda Tse, Dr. Cassandra Chung has been immersed in the eye care industry her whole life. She was inspired to be an optometrist by her amazing family, but also by her interest in perception; specifically, how vision and cognition interplay to form one’s experience of the world. Dr. Chung is passionate about building relationships with her patients and helping them achieve their best possible visual and ocular health. She is also a professional aerialist and actor.

Dr. Lee decided to become an optometrist after her first visit to an optometrist’s office for an eye infection when she was 13. She was fascinated by the fact that such specific care can be provided for the eyes. She has a particular interest in care of pediatric and traumatic brain injury population, as well as patients with binocular vision anomalies. Her commitment and determination made her pursue an additional residency training in the U.S. where she provided care for these patients. Dr. Lee is grateful to be in a profession where she is able to not only change patients’ visual function, but also positively affect their quality of life and future life choices by providing the proper vision care. Dr. Linda Tse was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to Alberta at the age of 7. Growing up in a very Canadian society in the 1970s raised her interests in health care. At a young age, Dr. Tse would accompany her mother to medical appointments to act as the translator and realized how important it is to be able to communicate with your health care provider in your native language. Serving the diverse multicultural community in Toronto for the past 26 years has been very satisfying for Dr. Tse. She takes great pride in educating her patients on choices in vision correction through the use of spectacles, contact lenses and refractive surgery; as well as improving eye and general health through nutritional supplementation. Dr. Shirley Young graduated from the University of Waterloo. She managed a practice in Brampton and Thornhill. Dr. Young wanted to be an optometrist since she was sixteen years old because her own optometrist was such a great Influence and mentor to her. She continues to enjoy every aspect of optometry from comprehensive eye exams to laser consultations.
Dr. Louise Foxman received a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from McGill University in 1986, followed by a Doctor of Optometry from the University of Waterloo in 1990. After a year of practice in her native Montreal, she moved to Toronto where she has worked in a variety of locations and clinical settings. She has been serving the communities of northern Toronto, Thornhill, and Richmond Hill since 1998. She likes seeing patients of all ages, and enjoys the diverse aspects of optometry, including ocular health assessments, binocular vision testing and contact lens fitting. She is particularly interested in educating patients on the role diet and exercise can play in the prevention of various ocular diseases. She speaks English, French, and Hebrew.
Dr. Chong is a strong believer in patient-centered healthcare so she always takes the time to communicate with her patients, ensuring that their ocular and systemic health needs are well addressed. She also strives to promote patient education by delivering eye health related seminars to the local community. She is fluent in English and Cantonese, and can communicate in Mandarin. When she is not at the office, she enjoys going on different food adventures with her friends and family!
Dr Chiu has been fascinated by optometry since her first eye exam at her aunt’s office at the age of 3. SInce then, she is continually amazed at what a significant impact an optometrist can have on the confidence and quality of life of their patients at any age. Dr Chiu has a special interest in exercise science and nutrition with a focus on holistic treatment of the body and of the eyes. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and exploring the city with her two Siberian huskies. Dr Chiu speaks English and Cantonese.
Born in Europe, he moved to Canada at a young age with his family. He completed his Honours Biology Degree at the University of Windsor, after which he went on to pursue Optometry at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. He has a passion for the profession, and is enthused to work in the GTA community and contribute to the advancement of the field. With a happy and friendly demeanor, he looks forward to working with all patients with an emphasis optimizing vision with spectacles, contact lenses, and simply good visual habits, as well as maintaining and managing ocular health.

Dr. Bonita Tsai was inspired to pursue optometry after volunteering on outreaches in Ghana, Africa with Unite for Sight. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at McMaster University and graduated with honours. She continued her studies at Salus University Pennsylvania College of Optometry and graduated with clinical excellence in pediatrics. Dr. Tsai also speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and French. She is interested in all aspects of optometry with a strong interest in binocular vision anomalies. She enjoys building relationships with her patients to help them achieve their visual goals. In her spare time, she enjoys playing the piano and volunteering with local organizations.
Dr. Wong obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto and then continued on to obtain her Doctor of Optometry degree at Indiana University School of Optometry. She completed externships throughout the U.S. that focused on ocular disease and dry eye management. Dr. Wong has a special interest in the treatment and management of dry eye by finding solutions that are specific to each patient and their needs. She is a member of the College of Optometrists of Ontario and Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society. With the complex nature of how vision is an integral part of our daily lives, she is dedicated to helping others to see the best they can. Fluent in English and basic Cantonese.

Dr. Mishra graduated from the University of Waterloo School Of Optometry and Vision Science. She recently moved to Toronto after practicing in Nova Scotia for several years. She was actively involved with the Nova Scotia Association of Optometrists where she has served as a Member of the Executive Council, Chair of the Newsletter Committee, Chair of the NS chapter of the Canadian Optometric Education Trust Fund Committee and a member of the Community Outreach Committee. Dr. Mishra is excited to be a member of the Kodak Lens Team and looks forward to serving the community!
Dr. Jennifer Wong is an experienced Optometrist and has been practicing with Dr. Shirley Young since 1994. Full bio currently not available, but Dr. Wong has a passion for optometry and is very caring and compassionate to all her patients. She takes the necessary time to assess, treat and provide the best visual solutions to her patients. She continues seeing patients at Kodak Lens | Centerpoint Eyecare located in Centerpoint mall.
